Apple Is Just A Fruit Now…..

Two apples changed the definition of the world. One fell on the head of Newton and the other built by Steve Jobs. Steve Jobs the synonym of Innovation, Creativity, Farsightedness died on Oct 5,2011. It was one of the saddest event for the whole world. He was the trend setter for Information Technology Sector in style and creativity.

To be very honest I was not aware of Steve Jobs before his announcement of retirement on Aug 24,2011. But after that I have been reading about him and soon he become my source of inspiration. The most interesting fact that I found is that although the businesses in which Apple entered under his leadership like personal computers, MP3 Players, Smartphones all existed before the company got there but he reinvented the entire industries with his innovation and foreseeing capability.

According to Barack Obama

Steve  was  among  the  greatest  of  American  innovators  -  brave  enough  to  think  differently,  bold   enough  to  believe  he  could  change  the  world,  and  talented  enough  to do  it.  By  building  one  of  the  planet’s  most  successful  companies  from  his  garage,  he exemplified  the  spirit  of  American  ingenuity.  By  making  computers  personal  and  putting the  internet  in  our  pockets,  he  made  the  information  revolution  not  only  accessible,  but intuitive  and  fun."

According To Bill Gates
“The world rarely sees someone who has had the profound impact Steve has had, the effects of which will be felt for many generations to come. For those of us lucky enough to get to work with him, it's been an insanely great honor. I will miss Steve immensely.”

Steve Jobs was like a soul of Apple. All the major products of Company including Macintosh’s first GUI computer  to iphones came under his leadership. Credit of revitalizing the company also goes to Steve Jobs in 1990s by implementing effective management team, altered stock options, and a self-imposed annual salary of $1 a year.
Even after retirement Steve Jobs has been working on various projects. In 1985 Steve Jobs himself stated “I'll always stay connected with Apple. I hope that throughout my life I'll sort of have the thread of my life and the thread of Apple weave in and out of each other, like a tapestry. There may be a few years when I'm not there, but I'll always come back.”

I don’t think anyone will ever be able to fill his shoes. Without Steve Apple is just Fruit Now.
